I'm all for maximizing data that's already there (i.e. how many emails from a person, how frequent, etc.) Finally, someone is figuring it out. I thought Microsoft would have made more strides over the past 13 years since they came out with Windows 95 and 8 years since Office 2000, but they seem to be focusing on something else.
